Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley & Merzouga

On the first day of our 2 days tour from Fes, we will leave traveling through Midelt driving our 4×4 car accompanied by a professional local guide. We will stop at Cedar Fores, the largest forest in Morocco where you may enjoy the Berber apes, after traveling through the brilliant Ifrane city (Switzerland of Morocco).

The journey continues after having lunch through Tiz Ntalghamt pass and Ziz Gorges. Traveling along Ziz Valley we will reach Erfoud and Rissani. After the arrival at Merzouga in the evening, you will have a warm welcome followed by serving a nice Saharaan Moroccan tea. After that, you will ride camels toward the high sand dunes and enjoy the amazing sunset. Dinner will be had in a desert camp in Rissani (the gate of the Sahara desert).

Day 2: Erg Chebbi to Fes

On the second and the last day of the tour, we will continue the trip by driving back to Fez. After waking up a little early in the morning, you enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the dunes. On camelback, you will return to your accommodation. On your way back, you will enjoy the magic of the mysterious Erg Chebbi sand dunes. You’ll have a nice breakfast and a refreshing shower before you make your way back to Fez. During your journey, you will travel through Errachidia, Ziz Gorges (it is famous for the palm groves, and various crops), and Tizi Ntalghamt before we arrive at Midelt (the capital of apples).

Before we arrive at Azrou, we’ll have a break at Zaida to enjoy a delicious grill with a cup of mint tea made in a Moroccan way. Azrou is a Berber town near Ifrane. In Cedar Forest, a woodland area in the Middle Atlas Mountain, you will enjoy the Berber apes climbing trees. In Ifrane, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the town, capture and some beautiful photos, and you may want to have something to drink.

The 2 days tour from Fes comes to an end when we drop you at the airport.


